Your interior matters.
In order to keep your interior beautiful and reduce visual clutter our thermostat is designed to be invisible, the main controller box can be installed in the attic or in a crawlspace, the only visible parts are the temperature sensors which are tiny and plugged into existing power outlets. Controlling the thermostats is done using your smartphone or tablet.

Setpoint thermostat is the first to bring dynamic damper control to the residential market. In a typical residential installation, the air flow in each zone is set to a fixed value and the temperature is measured at a single location. Setpoint is designed to control up to 12 zones, each zone can have its own thermostat as well as one or multiple motorized dampers dynamically adjusted from 0 to 100% airflow. Setpoint allows a continuous and smooth regulation of the air flow in each zone which results in increased comfort and power savings compared to traditional residential thermostats. Retrofit kits are available on our website to motorize existing dampers as well as a selection of pre-assembled motorized dampers designed for new installations.
Algorithms at your service.
Setpoint thermostat integrates a series of efficient algorithms to control the damper positions, the heating and the cooling cycles. We have designed innovative algorithms such as ‘balancing’ that works without starting the heat pump nor the furnace, by simply moving the air from a zone to another it is possible to achieve thermal comfort with a lower energy consumption. Our team is constantly improving the algorithms and delivers them automatically via over-the-air updates.

Setpoint thermostat also provides calibration tools for an easy and successful installation. These advanced operations and configurations are accessible via a web interface hosted on the main controller.
